MDM Saathi एक स्वतंत्र सहायक ऐप है — यह किसी सरकार या विभाग का आधिकारिक ऐप नहीं है। यह आपका हिसाब आसान बनाता है, पर अंतिम ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है: कोई भी बिल या UC आधिकारिक रूप से जमा करने से पहले उसके आँकड़े स्वयं जाँच लें।
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the MDM Saathi (“the app”) Android application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What the app is (and is not)
MDM Saathi is a free, independent utility that helps school teachers keep records and prepare documents for the PM POSHAN mid-day-meal and Bal Gopal milk schemes. It is not an official government application and is not published, endorsed, or affiliated with any government department or authority. Scheme names and formats are referenced only to help you keep accurate records.
3. Your responsibility for accuracy
The app performs calculations and prepares registers, bills and Utilisation Certificates based on the numbers, rates and settings you enter. You are solely responsible for the correctness of the data you enter and of any document you submit. Rates and rules can change; always verify figures against the current official orders before relying on or submitting them. The app is a helper, not a substitute for official rules or your own judgement.
4. Free of charge
This version of the app is provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly described before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for its intended, lawful purpose. You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it to create false or misleading official records.
6. Your data
The app stores your data only on your device. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
7. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of MDM Saathi shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of data, or any consequence of an incorrect or rejected official submission — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied is to stop using the app.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Effective date” above shows the latest version.
